Return & Refund Policy

If you are facing a size or style issue, or are simply not happy with an item delivered to you, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

   • International orders (orders delivered outside India) are not eligible for return or exchange due to shipping, customs, and logistical issues.
   • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags intact and free from stains or marks.

2. Return Process:

   • If returning an item, you will receive a credit note, valid only on our website for 3 months from the date of issuance.

3. Exchange Process:

   • If exchanging an item, you must purchase something of equal or higher value.

4. Non-Eligible Items:

   • Altered items/products (e.g., customizations or modifications) are not eligible for return or exchange.
   • Items bought from the sale section or discounted for any reason are not eligible for return or exchange.
   • Items customized to your measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Shipping Costs:

   • The customer is responsible for the cost of reverse shipping the item back to our warehouse.
   • In case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to the customer.
