Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you purchase, but in the unlikely event that the outfit delivered is defective or damaged, please connect with us via the WhatsApp link provided on our website or email us at info@hasrat.in. We’d be happy to assist you.
Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original invoice and in its original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. All returns are subject to a quality check from our end. Once approved, we will take the necessary steps to complete your return or exchange.
Please Note:
- All our outfits are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence once an order is placed, we do not accept any cancellations.
- Any product ordered at a certain time will not be canceled or changed/adjusted to a discounted price if the product goes on sale later.
